Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s Houston office. We are looking for a motivated professional who can support daily office operations, customer service, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$18.00-25 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 08:00am to 05:00pm
Saturday, 09:00am to 03:00pm

Administrative Assistant Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Office administration and clerical tasks
  • Customer service and client communication
  • Order processing and daily operational support
  • Coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online order management
  • Marketing, social media, or website content updates
  • Background in building materials, cabinetry, flooring, or home improvement industries

Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Available to work Saturdays
