Your Role

Whether it's the warmth in your voice as you answer a phone call, your swift and reliable response to requests, or helping a client with a simple need. Based in our Orange office, you are the heartbeat of our team. Your commitment and passion will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.

You'll work in our beautiful office in Orange and be surrounded by a wonderful team of supportive staff. Through your experience, you'll understand why so many people love working with us at BaptistCare. Our teams genuinely care and have passion supporting our elderly clients.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
