Nationwide Technical & Executive Search has been exclusively retained to conduct a national search for a visionary and highly strategic Hospital Administrator.
The Hospital Administrator serves as the chief operating executive, responsible for the overarching day-to-day operations, financial health, and strategic growth of the facility. This leadership role ensures the hospital delivers high-quality, cost-effective patient care while maintaining strict compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will blend strong business acumen with a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Drive the hospital's long-term vision, expansion goals, and clinical service line development.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, optimize revenue cycles, and control operating costs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee non-clinical departments, including facilities, human resources, supply chain, and administrative staffing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure total alignment with Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state health laws.
  • Community Relations: Act as the public face of the hospital, building strategic alliances with local businesses, boards, and healthcare networks.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive healthcare management experience in an acute care setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional executive leadership, financial forecasting, labor management, and public speaking skills.
