Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Coordinator in its Boston office. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
The Boston Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Boston office, ensuring a well-maintained, efficient, and professional work environment. This role manages office operations and facilities coordination, handles key financial and administrative tasks, provides direct support to the Regional Office Administrator, and collaborates with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless office and client service operations.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to operate, configure, and troubleshoot standard office and legal technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iManage is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direction.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members, managers, and attorneys in a demanding and fast-paced team environment.

The yearly salary range is $65,000 - $85,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
