The role in one line

You will support the daily running of our Madrid office, helping with office administration, apartment coordination, basic IT support, invoices, logistics, and team activities.


What you'll do


Office & Admin Support

  • Help keep the Madrid office organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly.
  • Manage office supplies, track inventory, and support purchasing when needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Support general office coordination and day-to-day admin tasks.

Apartment & Invoice Management

  • Collect, review, and organize rent and utility invoices for company apartments.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to support timely and accurate payments.
  • Keep apartment-related documents and records properly updated.

Basic IT Support

  • Support colleagues with simple IT issues such as printer setup, Wi-Fi connection, and meeting room equipment.
  • Coordinate with external IT support when more complex technical issues come up.
  • Help ensure meeting rooms and office equipment are ready to use.

Team Engagement

  • Help plan and organize monthly office Happy Hours.
  • Support small team activities and internal events that bring people together.


What you'll bring


  • Fluent or strong working ability in Spanish, Chinese, and English.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated.
  • Available to work part-time or full-time during the week.
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and basic office tools.
  • Interest in office operations, administration, people support, or workplace coordination.
  • Good attention to detail, especially when working with invoices, numbers, and documents.
  • A reliable, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • A helpful mindset and willingness to support colleagues with everyday office needs.
