What You'll Do as an Admin/Billing Specialist:Administrative Support
  • Provide professional administrative support to drivers, management, and operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, and company records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, document management, scheduling, and phone support.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
Billing & Financial Support
  • Process driver vouchers and assist with payment-related transactions.
  • Support drivers with lease account inquiries, billing questions, and transaction research.
  • Reconcile daily trip activity and ensure the accuracy of billing and operational records.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management review and operational analysis.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Customer & Driver Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for driver questions and administrative needs.
  • Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality service to drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to driver accounts, billing, and operational support.
  • Foster positive relationships by providing responsive and solution-oriented assistance.
Qualifications
