Join PDS Tech as a Warehouse Associate Auditor!

Pay Rate: $ 17.00/hr

Position Overview

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate Auditor to support warehouse and distribution center operations. This role is responsible for inventory handling, order fulfillment, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, RF scanner proficiency, and electric pallet jack experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Report safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.

  • Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance activities.

Product Handling & Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.

  • Use RF scan guns to process inventory and fulfill orders.

  • Handle and move products throughout the warehouse.

  • Support inventory accuracy and proper product storage.

Quality & Inventory Control

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies.

  • Report quality concerns and inventory issues promptly.

  • Help maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.

Equipment Operation

  • Safely operate:

  • RF Scan Guns

  • Electric Pallet Jacks

  • Perform pre- and post-use equipment inspections.

  • Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and resolve routine warehouse issues.

  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and team initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience

  • Experience with:

  • RF Scan Guns

  • Pick, Pack, and Ship operations

  • Inventory handling

  • Electric pallet jack experience (certification preferred/required)

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
