“What You’ll Do”

  • Provide administrative support which includes; screening calls, processing purchase orders, generating reports.
  • Perform routine clerical duties and provide general business support to the sales department and in support of business initiatives
  • Responsible for developing, processing and filing department records such as lease contracts and UCC filings
  • Development and maintenance of reports that include metrics for the department, comparative to budget and goal and performance measures
  • Manage some custom reports for customers with special requests using crystal reports 
  • Respond to and resolve routine sales inquiries
  • Maintain confidential company information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

“Must Haves”

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience with shared inbox
  • Hi-call volume experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and prioritizing
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy are critical
  • Proven communication skills in written and verbal formats
  • Ability to work at a consistent level with minimal supervision and direction
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the sales department and the customer
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of Crystal report writing; on the job training provided
