Primary Duties:

Finance

    1. Monthly accruals including journal entries, cash receipts and petty cash
    2. Account reconciliations
    3. Employee Benefits, HST fillings and reconciliations.

Purchasing / Account Payable

    1. A/P coordinator ( Problem Invoices, Non-PO approval )
    2. Purchase Requisition processing for General office
    3. Distribute Canadian AP cheques
    4. GR/IR management

Human Resources / Administration

    1. Hourly Payroll hours balancing (daily).
    2. Run weekly / monthly payroll reports
    3. Support and collaborate on the planning and implementation of social events.

Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years of general accounting or Accounts Payable experience, preferable using SAP
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Organized, detail oriented, work with minimal supervision with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficient in MS Office products ( Excel, Word )
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality
