Summary: Scale Clerk is a clerical position involved in the daily tasks of the office (weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answer phone and filing).This position will provide excellent customer service displaying a positive and professional attitude. Job Responsibilities: Weigh trucksData entryAnswer phoneFile and retain documentsMaintain clean and neat workspace.Job Requirements:Commitment to ADM as goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures. High school education or equivalent.Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes Willing to work overtime and weekends Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude Computer skills are a must; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferred Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
