Holistic Recovery Counselling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Using telehealth platforms, you will engage with families and children, delivering counseling and support tailored to their unique needs. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the mental health needs of children and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to monitor outcomes and ensure integrated care.
• Provide supportive counseling to families, focusing on strategies that enhance the developmental trajectories of children.
• Establish rapport and trust with clients by creating a safe and comfortable environment conducive to open discussion.
• Develop collaborative action plans with families, recommending evidence-based techniques that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Incorporate natural environment teaching and coaching models to help families enhance their child's learning experiences.
• Adhere to health, safety, and ethical standards while providing services to ensure the well-being of all clients and staff.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Your primary focus will be supporting children and their families, especially those from marginalized backgrounds. You will work collaboratively with caregivers to address developmental and emotional challenges, empowering families with the knowledge and resources necessary for growth and learning. Your role will significantly contribute to improved child development outcomes and a supportive community environment.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience working specifically with children in early intervention settings.
• Proven ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse learning styles and individual family needs.
• Strong commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in therapeutic interventions.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
