Description
The licensed psychologist will perform psychological evaluations for children referrals, primarily focusing on Autism Assessment Screenings and ADOS-2 Administration. The ideal candidate will have experience with common comorbidities with ASD, including ADHD, anxiety, and other related disorders.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
  • Providing Autism Assessment Screenings.
  • Conduct initial interviews with parents.
  • Familiarize parents with the assessment process.
  • Answer any questions as the initial portion of the ADOS-2.
  • Administer the ADOS-2.
  • Document and summarize the results.
  • Generate reports for client records.
  • Train the clinical team on the interpretation of the ADOS-2 and other Autism Screening Tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop cohesive Diagnostic Reports for clients.
  • Promote continuation of care.
  • Provide documentation, including full psychological evaluations and clinical notes.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina (required).
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and common comorbidities such as ADHD and anxiety.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting the ADOS-2.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and professional development.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus!
