Clinic Overview:

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center was founded with two goals in mind: to provide the highest quality evaluation and treatment for attention related concerns, and to be a great, collaborative place to work that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Our clinical staff is comprised of psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and counselors, working in four locations in Oregon. We offer the flexibility of a private practice model, and with the support of an administrative team composed of intake screening, scheduling, front desk, billing, collections, credentialing, and marketing. We strive to maintain a collaborative, receptive, and welcoming organizational culture.

The psychologist will have the option to supervise psychologist residents or associates. The role would be primarily working with and evaluating child and adolescent clients at our of our Portland clinics.

Preferred candidates are licensed psychologists or licensed therapists with expertise working with clients under 14 years of age. The ideal candidate has extensive differential diagnostic skills and experience treating ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, and trauma.

Newly licensed or soon to be licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well; those seeking to gain training in ADHD assessment and treatment will be provided robust training prior to seeing clients.

Ideal candidates will be confident in their ability to evaluate and treat behavioral, social, emotional, and cultural concerns while integrating information obtained from caregivers, medical providers, and other behavioral health providers. Good communication and ability to collaboratively develop a treatment plan and help individuals implement skills in an effective manner is essential.

Minimum full time salary is $82,480 annually for maintaining a minimum weekly average of 23 direct contact units. Additional compensation can be provided for supervisory and leadership duties. Psychologists receive a raise to be applied to the subsequent 2 month period upon averaging more than 23 weekly direct contact units. Raise potential scales with average weekly contact units, with highly productive providers capable of earning annual salaries of $140,000 or more.
