We're looking for BCBA/BCaBA to join our team!


Location: Virginia | Schedule: Flexible & Hybrid | Start Date: ASAP


Are you passionate about working with children with Autism/ADHD? Do you believe in a whole-child, collaborative approach to care? Join our team where we empower kids and families to thrive through compassionate, evidence-based support.


Who We're Looking For:

  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Experienced in behavior planning and skill development for children with Autism and ADHD. Strong collaboration and parent training skills are a must.

We're looking for creative, self-directed professionals with a flexible mindset who aren't afraid to think outside the box. If you love adapting strategies to meet kids where they are, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver personalized services to children with ADHD
  • Assessment and treatment planning
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Significant focus on parent training and coaching
  • Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Work in person's home or via Telehealth (flexible based on role)
