Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Business Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional projects and programs across Business Systems, IT, and Security. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Operations, IT, Security, CloudOps, Finance, HR and external vendors depending on the project scope.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement and communicate mitigation strategies proactively

  • Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards

  • Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and ELT communications

  • Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices

  • Manage change control processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management

  • Proven experience managing technical projects involving IT systems, business applications, and security initiatives

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

  • PMP, Certified Scrum / Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid understanding of business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP), IT infrastructure, and security frameworks
