Machine Operator – Join Adecco’s Dynamic Manufacturing Team in Newfields, NH

Adecco is proud to partner with a leading local manufacturer in Newfields, NH, to find motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators for immediate, temp-to-hire opportunities. These positions offer competitive pay rates, overtime opportunities, and additional incentives, making it an excellent chance to develop your career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Details & Schedules:

  • First Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, $20.37/hr

  • Second Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, $21.12/hr

  • Third Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, $21.87/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production lines and perform different tasks such as assembling, trimming, and inspecting parts to ensure quality standards.

  • Manage manual and automated equipment, making necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance and adhere to specifications.

  • Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products using carts, dollies, or by hand.

  • Identify and remove damaged or ineffective equipment from the line.

  • Mark parts for identification and set stops or guides to meet precise specifications.

  • Conduct visual inspections of workpieces to detect defects or malfunctions.

  • Stack, package, and transport finished parts efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, cooperative work environment.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area consistent with industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to read and write proficiently in English.

  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

  • A strong team ethic and communication skills are essential.

Pay Details: $20.37 to $21.87 per hour
