  • Provide clients and internal business partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to questions and inquiries at the point of contact.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support while handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

  • Accurately authenticate clients, follow established policies and procedures, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to research accounts, resolve customer concerns, and document interactions effectively.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
