The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is a key position responsible for partnering with business leaders and driving results across the organization through a financial lens to drive revenue and EBITDA expansion, determine critical KPIs, and assess effectiveness of operationally deployed initiatives. This role is a critical strategic position that will drive substantial value within the organization and help shape the future landscape and roadmap of the business. Aspirion is a high growth business and this individual needs to be experienced at leading an organization through a period of rapid expansion through a financial lens.


This position reports to the Vice President of FP&A and is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leaders, strategy, budgeting, financial planning, investment decision support, and capital planning.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders providing continuous support related to forecasting, budget analysis, operational KPIs, and ROI on initiatives.
  • Partner with rest of finance organization to drive reporting efficiencies and effectiveness. Ultimate goal is to streamline reporting to enable strategic insights that lead to business actions.
  • Develop executive level presentation materials surrounding operations, revenue metrics, client analysis and associated financial impacts, as well as long-term strategic plans.
  • Support financial modeling and ad hoc analysis requests to help drive business strategy and improve efficiency.

Requirements


  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel.
  • Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results with accompanying actionable insights effectively.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization / report management tools. Knowledge of Vena a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for data and the insights they unlock.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
  • High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to data.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the healthcare industry and/or high-growth PE backed company

Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
