Locum Physician Opportunity In Addiction Medicine

BayMark - BAART Programs Topeka - Outpatient Treatment Center is looking for a locum physician specializing in addiction medicine. Practice setting is outpatient. The reason for coverage is short-staffed. The average number of patients per day is 12. The documentation system/EMR is sAMMS. Trauma level/designation is not applicable. Mileage is billed at the IRS standard rate.

Submission requirements: Must notate all during name clears. Board certified (Addiction Medicine) is required. Board eligible (within 1 year of residency) is required. Active KY license is required. Provider must be local - only mileage is reimbursed.

Certification requirements: Board certified.

State license requirements: Kentucky.
