• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health, incorporating client feedback and observation.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that holistically address the unique challenges of addiction and any underlying mental health issues, continually adapting these plans based on client progress.
• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring clients actively participate and remain engaged in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate daily with fellow team members across different disciplines to ensure a seamless integrated care approach, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.
• Educate clients' family members on the nature of addiction and the recovery process, enabling informed support and involvement in their loved one’s journey.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, utilizing appropriate software tools to track progress and outcomes.

This role focuses primarily on individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will be working with a diverse population, including adults and adolescents, each with unique personal histories and challenges. Your expertise will guide clients toward healthier coping mechanisms, assisting them in overcoming barriers to recovery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling is required.
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment and managing co-occurring disorders.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, evidenced by the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate effective teamwork and foster client relationships.
• Experience in using digital record-keeping systems and telehealth platforms to maintain therapy records and conduct sessions.

This position offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
