Everyone's Counseling Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Moreno Valley, California. This full-time remote position involves working within a detox center, focusing on providing critical mental health support to individuals navigating addiction recovery. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and devise individualized care plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate progress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client sessions.
• Collaboration is key; you will work alongside psychiatrists, physicians, and substance use counselors to coordinate holistic care approaches that address both mental health and addiction recovery.
• Empower clients and their families by providing them with resources, tools, and support systems that promote healthier relationships and coping strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and emerging best practices in therapy, integrating innovative techniques into your therapeutic approach to continuously improve client outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals undergoing detox and recovery from substance use disorders. Many clients may also be dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. Your commitment to understanding their unique experiences and challenges will directly impact their recovery journey, making your expertise in social work essential for fostering resilience and promoting positive change.

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.
• Proficiency in mental health diagnosis and treatment, with a strong therapeutic foundation supported by your educational background.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a diverse caseload within a high-demand clinical setting.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate patient challenges proactively.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical social work experience, preferably in settings that involve addiction treatment or mental health services.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and maintain case files.
• Demonstrated capacity to engage empathetically with clients from varied backgrounds, tailoring your approach to suit different cultural contexts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the team.
