This role offers a flexible work setting that combines remote work with in-person appointments, allowing you to create a schedule that suits both your needs and those of your clients. Working from our Detox Center in Bend, you will have access to a supportive office environment, while also engaging clients through video conferencing platforms. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including psychologists, addiction specialists, and nurses, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, offering support and guidance through both virtual platforms and face-to-face meetings.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to implement effective interventions that support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
• Advocate for clients within the healthcare system, helping them access resources and services that enhance their well-being.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sessions and client interactions in compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in team meetings and case discussions to ensure collaborative care and continuous improvement of practices.

The primary clients served in this role are individuals at various stages of addiction recovery, including those experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with clients who may face challenges related to substance abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Providing culturally competent and empathetic care is crucial, as many clients come from diverse backgrounds with varying socio-economic statuses and life experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, including proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse populations.
• Proficient in using technology for counseling, including telehealth platforms and electronic medical records systems.

• Background in working with addiction recovery and mental health treatment is preferred.
• Experience in a team-based care environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT or DBT, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
