Position Overview

Thrive Collective Health Center is looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a hybrid work model, combining both remote and in-person sessions. As part of our Detox Center facility, you will have access to state-of-the-art technology that enables you to conduct virtual counseling sessions effectively while also delivering hands-on support during in-person appointments. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Thrive Collective Health Center, your role will encompass a variety of key responsibilities tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, utilizing both video chat and in-person formats, to provide essential mental health support.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' psychological and emotional needs to develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and effective therapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and holistic recovery.
• Advocate for clients by empowering them to set and achieve realistic personal goals related to their mental health and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment evolution, and any interactions compliant with local and federal regulations.

The Thrive Collective Health Center serves a diverse population, including individuals seeking support for mental health disorders, emotional disturbances, and addiction recovery. You will be working closely with clients who are in various stages of their mental health journey, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances and challenges. Engaging with clients from various backgrounds and with varying degrees of vulnerability, you will play a critical role in helping them navigate their path toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold a valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation with no disciplinary actions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical social work practices, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a wide range of clients.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and a willingness to adapt to our remote working technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a Detox Center or addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with underserved populations is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
