Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs during individual counseling sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms and in-person meetings.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring that interventions align with clients’ goals and strengths.
  • Facilitate therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral strategies, support groups, and crisis intervention.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, focusing on measurable outcomes and client feedback.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients by providing resources and support within the community, assisting them in navigating challenges to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support network for students.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
  • Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and their families, promoting resilience and emotional well-being within the school environment.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential with no disciplinary actions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop rapport with children, adolescents, and diverse populations.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital platforms for telehealth services and maintaining client documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents in a clinical capacity.
  • Background in trauma-informed care methodologies.
  • Familiarity with behavioral and emotional disorders that affect youth development.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 yearly, commensurate with education and experience.
