Position Summary
  • The ADAS Warranty Acceleration Team (WAT) Engineer is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and driving resolution of field quality and warranty issues related to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) across vehicle programs.
  • This role serves as a key technical interface between Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, Customer Experience, Suppliers, and Warranty organizations to rapidly identify emerging issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions that improve vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
  • The ADAS WAT Engineer leverages warranty data, dealership reports, connected vehicle information, diagnostic data, and engineering analyses to identify trends and prioritize quality concerns.
  • The engineer leads cross‑functional investigations involving ADAS hardware, software, sensors, vehicle integration, calibration, and driver assistance features to ensure timely resolution of customer‑impacting issues.
