Job description

SUMMARY:
The ADAS Analyst is an important role of ensuring all vehicle ADAS, safety systems and active/passive sensors are properly restored to their OEM working condition by analyzing vehicle scan data, analyzing collision damage and collision damage repairs, researching OEM repair procedures, communicating with collision repair centers and scheduling ADAS calibrations. ADAS training, continuing education and internal technical support is provided by CollisionRight.

Location: Remote, United States

Pay: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

  • Vehicle System Analysis: Analyze vehicle systems module scan data to determine necessary calibrations, ensuring compliance with OEM repair requirements after collisions and repairs.
  • Damage Assessment: Evaluate vehicle damage and repairs using photos and repair estimates.
  • Repair Requirements: Use automotive service information programs to identify proper repair procedures and communicate requirements effectively.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient and productive administrative duties.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships, deliver consistent results, and clearly explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel.
  • Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training sessions and maintain certifications as required.
  • Remote Work: Manage remote work effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and adhering to company policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of one year in automotive or collision repairs; ADAS experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of vehicle module scan data, automotive diagnostics, and the ability to use scan tools and factory software.
  • Certifications: ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work remotely with adequate internet access and manage multiple PC monitors.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel Requirements: Possible travel for training (company paid).
  • Licenses: Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
