  • Pay: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience

  • Recalibrations: Complete static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign and domestic vehicles at 360Align locations or at mobile customer locations after completing internal training.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Tool Utilization: Use various tools for effective recalibrations and ensure tooling software updates are completed daily.
  • Diagnostics: Conduct pre and post scans, troubleshoot complex recalibrations, and test drive vehicles after recalibrations.
  • Customer Service: Develop relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel.
  • Inventory Management: Be accountable for ADAS inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, diagnostic scanners, and other provided equipment.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and maintain a well-organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Supportive Culture: Join a positive, inclusive team that values collaboration, innovation, and open communication.
  • Excitement in ADAS: Be part of the cutting-edge ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) field, where innovation is constant and learning never stops.
  • Growth Opportunities: With ongoing advancements in ADAS, we promote from within, offering plenty of room for career progression.

  • Competitive Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay, paid time off, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 401k with company match, multiple health plans, fully paid life insurance, paid holidays, and lucrative referral bonuses.
