Job Description

Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Workforce Planning Specialist to support hiring operations, workforce planning, interview coordination, and candidate management activities. This role works closely with hiring managers, staffing teams, and recruiters to ensure an efficient and organized recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with managers and program teams to assess workforce planning and Adaptive Planning requirements

  • Enter and maintain planned requisition requests within Adaptive Planning systems

  • Track and maintain candidate application data and hiring metrics

  • Collaborate with staffing focal points and hiring managers to review and evaluate candidate resumes

  • Coordinate and support candidate interviews as needed

  • Work with the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team to schedule interviews and manage interview logistics

  • Track candidate disposition and hiring status following interviews

  • Maintain interview schedules, calendars, and recruiting activities

  • Support regular resume review sessions and hiring cadence meetings

  • Analyze hiring data and provide recommendations to support staffing decisions

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience synthesizing information, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on data analysis

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
