Dive Into a Rewarding Role – Be an Adaptive Swim Teacher at Diventures!
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Adaptive Swim Teacher to join our team at our indoor pool in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This role focuses on teaching swim lessons to children with disabilities, providing a safe, positive, and personalized experience in the water.

About Us: Diventures is dedicated to making swimming accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn water safety and swimming skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children of all abilities. Individuals with backgrounds in special education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or experienced swim instruction are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Teach adaptive swim lessons tailored to individual needs and abilities
  • Create a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment
