We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and people-centric Senior Consultant to lead and support multifaceted client engagements. This role spans both advisory and execution work: from designing future-state HR operating models and process improvements to crafting stakeholder engagement strategies and managing organizational change. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced blend of HR transformation expertise and deep change management experience to help clients realize tangible business outcomes and lasting adoption.
As an Adaptive Insights Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of complex Adaptive Planning solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through financial transformation initiatives and ensuring scalable, sustainable implementations. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Adaptive Insights architecture, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in shaping best practices, mentoring consultants, and driving innovation across our Adaptive Insights practice

The Role
Delivery Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of scalable Adaptive Planning solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and model architecture.
  • Define integration strategies with ERP, HCM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Innovate within and cross practices to maximize delivery efficiencies, identify new delivery offerings, automation, deliver per methodology, adoption and advancement of tools
  • Educate on information relevant to all aspects of delivery and operations: WD knowledge, methodology, POV, best practices, tools/automation
People Management Responsibilities
  • Support new initiates; build foundation of continuous improvement; focus on colleague empowerment; colleague retention
  • Support Colleague training and professional development
  • Lead support and development
  • Consultant support and development
  • Identify high performers and support career progression
Project Delivery-Based Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Utilization requirements of 65%
The Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years esperince in FP&A, Financial systems, or Enterprise Planning
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights, including complex model design and integrations.
  • Previous client and/or people leadership experience required
  • Previous consulting experience required either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization
  • Travel up to 25%
  • This role does not support sponsorship
  • Adaptive Insights Certification required and Workday Financials certification a plus.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum:
$125,230.00 - $232,570.00
