What You'll Do
- Assess patients' physical functioning and develop individualized care plans
- Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Support ambulation, wound care, and use of assistive/supportive devices
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
- Provide patient and caregiver education on therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Support and supervise therapy assistants or students when applicable
What You Need
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of LTC and rehabilitation protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards
