About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Ad Operations Specialist who lives and breathes The Trade Desk. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes pride in running campaigns at a high level .
You will be responsible for managing a significant portion of our programmatic portfolio and will work closely with our Sales, Account Management and Strategy teams to deliver results for clients. Our office is located in Berkley, MI, local candidates preferred.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end campaign management on The Trade Desk - setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, and native
  • Develop and execute audience targeting strategies using first and third-party data
  • Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery daily and make real-time adjustments to hit KPIs
  • Serve as an internal Trade Desk subject matter expert - troubleshoot issues, identify platform capabilities, and share knowledge with junior team members
  • Partner with Strategy and Account teams to translate client goals into programmatic execution plans
  • Contribute to process documentation, campaign templates, and operational best practices
  • Informally mentor Ad Ops staff on Trade Desk best practices and platform navigation
What We're Looking For
  • 4-7 years of hands-on programmatic experience, with at least 3 years working directly in The Trade Desk as a primary platform
  • Deep knowledge of TTD features including audience segmentation, bid optimization, deal management, and reporting
  • Experience managing campaigns at meaningful scale - $10M+ in annual spend under management preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable in data and able to turn numbers into decisions
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of the digital advertising ecosystem: creatives, website tagging, ad serving and trafficking, identity and targeting, and measurement and verification
  • Experience with martech platforms and integrations (DV, IAS, CM360, Liveramp, Dstillery, AppsFlyer, Foursquare, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter who does not need to be managed closely to deliver excellent work
  • The Trade Desk certification strongly preferred
