Ad Sales Assistant Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Key responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Senior Relationship Management team and ARC team within our Investment Banking platform. This individual will play a critical role in enabling front-office productivity by managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day sales and client activities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, and brings a proactive, team-first mindset. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and confidence handling time-sensitive requests and ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate complex, multi-party calendars for senior relationship managers, including internal and external client meetings
• Serve as a central point of coordination for sales desk activity, ensuring efficient communication across teams
• Support sales teams in servicing institutional clients by handling inquiries, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining high service standards
• Prepare and maintain client-facing materials such as pitchbooks, presentations, market updates, and product summaries
• Coordinate client meetings and internal forums, including logistics and materials preparation
• Manage travel planning (domestic and international) and ensure timely submission of T&E expenses in compliance with internal policies
• Help maintain CRM systems and client databases
• Handle ad hoc projects for senior leadership, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and sound judgment

Your skills and experience
• Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar support role within an investment bank, broker-dealer, or institutional financial services environment
• Solid understanding of financial markets and products
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with high accountability and follow-through
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage complex calendars and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Demonstrated team player mentality with a collaborative, service-oriented approach
• Driven, and proactive self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership; able to anticipate needs before they arise
• Familiarity with investment banking compliance and regulatory standards
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 130000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
