Administrative Sales Assistant

Mutual of America Financial Group Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

What will you do:

  • Prepare proposals, annual plan review documents, and final presentations
  • Organizing networking events
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel
  • Handle all incoming office invoices
  • Ad hoc client requests
  • Ordering office materials
  • Assist Regional Vice President with any other additional requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • 0-3 years of office management experience, preferably supporting a sales team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • An interest in supporting a sales team and growing a career within sales
