  • Lead and develop the IT Operations team, including project execution, employee performance, and resource management.ย 
  • Oversee IT infrastructure operations, monitoring, patching, backups, and system availability
  • Manage change and incident management processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards.ย 
  • Lead technology projects, coordinate vendor relationships, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.ย
