Receiving Associate (Warehouse Associate)

Pay: $15.50/hour

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)

Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | 5 Days per Week + Overtime

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Receiving Associates to join a large, well-established company in Oklahoma City. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse or industrial experience who are looking for long-term stability, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory management activities.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Consistent work history (average of 1+ year per employer preferred).
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working overtime, including 10–12 hour shifts during peak season.
  • Experience with RF scanners, cycle counts, and inventory management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
