  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to help keep content timely and relevant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in programming, on-air talent, artists, and marketing teams to support key moments and campaigns.

  • Track content performance and compile basic reporting and insights for stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on dance/electronic music news, emerging artists, and fan conversations to help inform content ideas.
  • Support on-site social coverage at events, in studio, or during behind-the-scenes moments as needed.

What you'll need:

  • Working knowledge of major social platforms, native formats, and best practices.
  • Experience creating engaging social content, especially short-form video and reactive/trend-based posts.
  • Comfort working with social analytics tools and assisting with performance reporting.
  • Strong writing skills with an understanding of voice, tone, and audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at events or with talent when needed.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout or native platform analytics is a plus.
