Job description

Position Summary: The Associate Client Advisor (ACA) is a role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking a career in wealth management and financial planning. ACAs support Client Advisors by preparing meeting materials, organizing financial data, and coordinating workflows across the advisory team. This role provides exposure to investments, planning, tax awareness, and insurance, offering a clear development path toward becoming a valuable member of the client service team.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, including financial reports, cash flows, investment summaries, insurance deliverables, and planning documents.
  • Build and update financial models such as budgets, liquidity analyses, and balance sheet proformas.
  • Coordinate with Client Coordinators to manage pre-meeting workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide accurate, well-organized data to Wealth Planning and Investment teams to support deeper strategic analysis.
  • Create new slide content for client presentations, incorporating advisor-specific preferences and firm standards.
  • Identify required insurance summaries or analyses and initiate requests to the Insurance team when needed.
  • Maintain consistent documentation, version control, and quality standards across client deliverables.
Background Requirements/Preferences:
  • Required Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in the financial services, banking, accounting or other related fields.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to grow into an advisory role.
  • Effective communication skills- clear, profession, and collaborative.
  • High personal accountability with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
