We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our growing audit team. This role offers the opportunity to lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and work directly with clients in a fast-paced public accounting environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and complete audit engagements from planning through reporting

  • Supervise and review work of staff and junior auditors

  • Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls

  • Ensure audits are completed accurately and on time

  • Present audit findings and recommend process improvements

  • Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing matters

  • Manage multiple engagements; occasional travel required


Qualifications

  • 3โ€“4+ years of public accounting audit experience

  • Strong knowledge of GAAS and PCAOB standards

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting (3.0+ GPA preferred)

  • CPA preferred but not required

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with audit and engagement tools such as Salesforce (CRM), CCH ProSystem Engagement, Suralink, Confirmation.com, and PPC Checkpoint (preferred)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • High integrity; ability to work independently and in a team

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
