Role Description The Medical Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Garfield, NJ. This position supports daily front desk and administrative operations, including greeting patients, answering phones, and managing appointment scheduling for chiropractic services. The Medical Office Assistant handles insurance verification, collects and updates patient information, and assists with medical records and documentation.
