Location: Lithonia, GA 30058
Schedule: 30+ Hours/Week 
Pay: $35 per hour
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (Long-term care)

CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Lithionia area. This is a long-term care position supporting a IDD client who requires Total personal care, and dedicated clinical attention.

We are hiring and looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting

  • Hoyer Lift
  • Perform total personal care and maintenance

  • Document care provided and communicate with the care team

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times


Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia

  • Experience working with IDD clients

  • Reliable transportation 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

  • Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
