Five years ago, Providence Insurance Advisors was a team of three.
Today, we're a team of eighteen and growing.
We've been fortunate to grow quickly, but we've worked hard to build something that doesn't always exist in the insurance world: a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work, clients are treated like family, and doing the right thing matters more than doing the easy thing.
After spending 11 years in the captive insurance world, our founder started Providence with a simple belief: clients deserve options, and insurance professionals should have the freedom to recommend what's best for the client, not just what's available through one or two carriers.
Today, we represent many of the nation's leading insurance companies, including Travelers, Progressive, Auto-Owners Insurance, Liberty Mutual, GEICO, Mercury Insurance, Openly, Acuity Insurance, and many others.
Because of that, we rarely have to tell someone we can't help.
We're looking for an experienced insurance professional to join our team and help us continue delivering the kind of service that has fueled our growth.
What Success Looks Like Here
When a client calls Providence, we want them to feel like they're talking to an old friend.
We want them to hang up with their questions answered, their problems solved, and a smile on their face.
We believe in the Golden Rule. It's a simple philosophy, but it works remarkably well in both insurance and life:
Treat people the way you'd want your own family treated.

That's how we serve our clients, and it's how we treat each other.
What You'll Do
  • ย Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, claims support, and general service needsย
  • ย Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in personย
  • ย Review accounts and help identify opportunities to better protect clients and their familiesย
  • ย Work directly with insurance carriers to advocate for clients and resolve issuesย
  • ย Maintain accurate account documentation and follow through on outstanding itemsย
  • ย Collaborate with producers and teammates to deliver an exceptional client experienceย
  • ย Build lasting relationships with the families and businesses we serveย
What We're Looking For
  • ย Previous insurance agency experience requiredย
  • ย Active insurance license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly if needed)ย
  • ย Strong communication and relationship-building skillsย
  • ย High attention to detail and organizational skillsย
  • ย A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help peopleย
  • ย Someone who takes ownership and follows throughย
  • ย A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever neededย
Our Culture
Let's be honest.
This probably isn't the right fit if you're simply looking for a paycheck.
We're looking for people who care about serving others, helping teammates, and being part of something bigger than themselves.
We work hard.
We laugh a lot.
We celebrate wins together.
And when a client calls at 4:45 on a Friday with a problem, we figure it out as a team because that's what we'd want someone to do for us.
At Providence, there are no silos, no "that's not my job" attitudes, and no clock punchers.
We're all in it together.
Why Providence?
The insurance business is ultimately a people business.
Our clients trust us to help protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families. That's a responsibility we don't take lightly.
We're looking for someone who sees this as more than paperwork and policy changes. Someone who understands that behind every policy number is a person, a family, or a business owner counting on us to help them make good decisions.
If you're looking for a place where relationships matter, where teammates have each other's backs, and where doing the right thing is still the standard, we'd love to meet you.
