We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support construction-related initiatives in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on keeping project activities organized, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping teams stay aligned on schedules and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, experience working with project records and coding tools such as Relativity, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to help construction work stay on schedule and aligned with established objectives.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including reviewing, tracking, and coding records accurately within Relativity and related systems.
• Support project teams by preparing status updates, monitoring action items, and following up on outstanding deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, field personnel, and external partners to ensure timely communication throughout each project phase.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, documenting key decisions, and distributing relevant project information to appropriate team members.
• Track project progress against timelines and escalate potential delays, documentation gaps, or coordination issues when needed.
• Help ensure construction project files are complete, current, and accessible for reporting, review, and compliance purposes.• Experience coordinating projects in a construction or closely related environment.
