  • Communicate with the Front Office using two-way radios to coordinate reservations, assignments, and guest requests.
  • Maintain accurate rental records and activity documentation.
  • Inspect activity areas, rental equipment, and recreation spaces daily to ensure they are clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready.
  • Reset cabanas, activity stations, and rental equipment between guest use.
  • Keep recreation areas stocked, attractive, and welcoming throughout the day.
  • Report maintenance, safety, or inventory concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of assigned activity areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
  • High-energy attitude and willingness to engage with children, families, and guests of all ages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Help produce exciting seasonal events, including our signature Halloween celebrations.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Gain valuable hospitality, recreation, and customer service experience.
