Activities Assistant – Part Time
Great Falls, VA 22066
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour

We are looking for a fun, energetic, and organized Activities Assistant to join our senior living community. If you have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working with seniors, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and actively engage residents in daily activities

  • Assist with planning and implementing events and programs

  • Work with both assisted living and memory care residents

  • Provide one-on-one engagement and support

  • Drive the community bus for resident outings

  • Help create a joyful, welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For:
  • Outgoing, detail-oriented, and team-focused

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

Schedule:
  • Day shift

  • 4–8 hour shifts
