Position: Recruiter
Location: Jackson, WI
Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00am - 4:30pm, M-F
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 / hour depending on experience
About the Role
Our client is a dynamic company that fabricates large-scale scenery and props for theme parks and entertainment venues. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a temporary engagement to support an active hiring push. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional looking for meaningful project-based work in a unique, creative production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting and sourcing through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (skilled trades, fabricators, laborers, and more)
  • Track applicants and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens), and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, trades, or production environment
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and ATS platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable talking to everyone from shop floor candidates to department managers
  • Able to hit the ground running and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, general labor, or technical roles a strong plus
  • Work Environment
  • Hands-on, collaborative role at a unique and creative production facility. Expect a mix of desk work and floor-level engagement with hiring managers and new hires.
