Compensation
$12.00-14.00/hr.


Position Summary
The Assistant Counselor at Stagecrafters Summer Camp supports teaching artists in
leading engaging, age-appropriate activities for students in grades 28 in acting,
singing, dance, and general summer fun. They assist with daily camp operations, help
supervise campers, and serve as positive role models by fostering a fun, inclusive, and
supportive environment. This role is ideal for high school students who are enthusiastic,
responsible, and excited to work with younger performers while developing their
leadership skills.








Minimum Qualifications
- Current high school student (rising 11th12th grade preferred)
- Interest in theatre, including acting, singing, and/or dance
- Experience working with children or participating in group activities (theatre,
sports, camps,
- Ability to follow direction, work as part of a team, and take initiative when needed
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to be an active role
model
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full camp schedule
- Ability to pass a required background check.
