Job Title: Actimize Developer
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 6-8 Years
Domain: BFSI - Financial Crime & Risk Management
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer to implement, configure, customize, and support NICE Actimize IFM solutions in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role involves deep hands-on development and configuration across the Actimize platform, rule customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
Actimize Implementation & Development
  • Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Install and configure Actimize Platform components, including AIS, ActOne, UDM, and related modules.
  • Develop and enhance Policy Manager rules, workflows, DARTS, and associated configurations.
Solution Support & Enhancements
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues in Actimize environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes to reduce recurrence.
  • Apply product patches and service packs; perform Actimize platform and solution upgrades.
Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Execute unit, system, integration, and performance testing for Actimize solutions.
  • Support defect resolution and validate fixes in coordination with QA and business teams.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory expectations.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Prepare and maintain technical design documents, installation guides, configuration details, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide ongoing technical guidance.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an Actimize Developer working on IFM solutions.
  • Strong experience with Actimize Platform installation and configuration (AIS, ActOne, UDM).
  • Proven expertise in Policy Manager rules, workflows, and DARTS development.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working across the full SDLC in Agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of BFSI risk management, AML, and regulatory compliance.
