Job description

The Apartment Maintenance Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of apartment units by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This position requires regular communication with tenants to address their maintenance needs promptly and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Conduct repairs on appliances, drywall, and carpentry needs
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maintain building and unit systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems within apartments
  • Communicate regularly with tenants to address maintenance requests and concerns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance roles
