Job Description:
Silverstar Express, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, accurate handling of shipments. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating shipments, verifying documentation, and supporting both warehouse staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure shipments are received, stored, and/or shipped out accurately and efficiently
- Verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), delivery orders, and related shipping documents
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding shipment updates
- Assist warehouse staff with inventory management and order preparation
- Operate a forklift to support warehouse activities (when needed)
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training can be provided
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
