What You Can Expect

  • Support HR due diligence activities by collecting, organizing, andvalidatingpeoplerelateddata from target companies.

  • Coordinatecrossfunctionalmeetings, track action items, andmaintainproject documentation across all M&A phases.

  • Update project plans,timelinesand drive resultsto ensure HR deliverablesremainon schedule.

  • Assistin preparing materials for stakeholder meetings, including summaries, dashboards, and status updates.

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for leaders and HR partners withinacquiredcompanies, ensuring clear communication anda positiveemployee experience.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultantstosupportdeliveryand timelines.

  • Support Day 1 readiness activities, including onboardinglogistics, communication planning, andemployeefacingresources.

  • Partner with HR COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, Payroll, Mobility) to support integration tasks such as job mapping, workforce assessments, and policy alignment.

  • Contribute to broader HR projects between acquisitions, including process improvements, HR technology initiatives, and employee experience programs.

  • Assistwith change management activities, including drafting communications, FAQs, and transition materials.

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Deepexpertisein M&A and divestiture experience preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, operations, ora relatedfield.

  • Strongclientrelationshipand interpersonal skills; able to build trust with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and leaders inacquiredcompanies.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail andfollowthrough.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with external vendors or consultants preferred.

  • Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

97,900 - 144,860, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
