Job description

A full-service business and litigation law firm seeks a highly qualified Corporate Associate to join their Financial Services & Capital Markets Industry group.


The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of general corporate and transactional law background, with experience in the formation of business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracting. Experience with venture capital and early-stage companies, including private offerings, is preferred. The candidate must have a strong academic record. Candidates should have an active bar license corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
